Wouldn't go here if I was you. Spent 3 years dealing with Basil Hatahet. Been an absolute nightmare to put up with. He's miserable, rude to his staff, doesn't communicate, and won't hesitate to threaten you. Doesn't listen, doesn't care, and only wants your money. Tried making me out to not want to pay the final payment of my treatment even though I've already paid 2000 off it...told him I wasn't happy with how my teeth came out, they removed the brace, refused my retainer and says he'll take me court for the final payment. I look forward to seeing him there. I wish I'd have gone to a different place three years ago. I've hated every minute dealing with this man and if there's one bit of advice I can give you it's: go somewhere else.

Very poor customer service from the doctor too I have rang to get my retainers done and I have been told to pay 50 or I wont be seen also I have been told not to come and I am not getting anything done from them Bcz the doctor not happy to see me after the receptionist said that I am not getting any appointments Bcz Im not lying 50 as to secure the appointment very nasty to do and I have been having my retainers from the since
