Takes 2-3 hours for them to even start making your order on-site. In the meantime theyll fraudulently mark the order as out for delivery on apps like Just Eat so that they dont get penalised for missing delivery windows, and if you call them up theyll just repeatedly lie to you saying its on the way and talk over the top of you as if they dont understand English. Call up to get a refund after three hours and they suddenly understand just fine. Just awful, dont waste your time and money here.

Possibly the slowest place to deliver food, the lady on the phone can't speak a word of English, she has no idea what she is on about all she says is yes food on way yes, been on its way for the last hour and 45 minutes, would of been quicker to crawl to the shop myself, still not received the food but I can guarantee it will be freezing cold, will never order from these again
