        The Bank itself is a busy helpful place but the continued reduced opening hours are now absolutely useless for those who are working during the pandemic! 9.30-2pm mon-fri no weekends? Are you actually clueless? Don't say it's Covid issues if it were you would stagger your opening hours! But no your are loving doing a minimum ! Poor poor customer service!
