We started off on a different campsite in Dent due to meeting up with friends (possibly not a site we would have chosen, too many restrictions). After we went our separate ways, we decided to check out Condor Farm for future visits as it seemed more our thing. Drove up, parked up, paid for one night. Went back up the following day to pay for a few more nights. Great place for not much cash. Seems relaxed and friendly. Third day here and still enjoying the site, the facilities and the beautiful walks.we will definitely be back here again soon.

A beautiful location and very basic, rustic site. Having parked in the field near some other vans, we made our way to the farmhouse and met the owner, Mick and paid the very reasonable 7 pppn fee. We pointed to where wed left the van and asked is it ok to pitch up there? To which the reply came I dont give a sh*te, we dont have any rules and regulations here :)?!. We were shown the very very basic facilities (the mens urinals being an outdoor trough next to the coal bunker) and left to our own devices. Dent is a lovely village and the site is perfectly located for exploring the wonderful countryside. If youre looking for a scenic place to stay for the night Conder farm does the job, however if youre looking for modern, appealing campsite facilities, youre probably better off elsewhere :).
