        Of all the places my parents took us to when we were small, a holiday cottage by the church and school has always stuck out in my memories the most. Such a beautiful village that left a wonderful impression on my 7yr old self.

        Lovely and impressive parish church. Check out the Dent marble floor tiles close to the alter and the 1614 wooden pulpit. Many interesting memorial plaques adorn the walls inside the building. Really interesting graveyard too with beautiful views down Dentdale.
