The Neathouse

What a little hidden away gem of a tea rooms/cafe in Suffolk. This place is in a beautiful location in the heart of the village green, it has fantastic food and cakes made with high quality ingredients and all made fresh to order I really couldnt recommend this place enough and my words really dont do it justice. Parking: 6-8 spots directly at the cafe but plenty of street parking around

Overpriced, flavourless & dry gateaux I genuinely struggled to swallow let alone finish, this was possibly the only time Ive been grateful a portion size was so small! Nothing is priced & any question regarding pricing requires consultation with someone out back, perhaps they think of a price & double it because 7+ for a sandwich & 4+ for a slice of cake is honestly ridiculous, especially as there is no discount on takeaway. The name, The Neathouse, this place is anything but neat. When I visited one of the tables was covered with new inventory & there were uniforms hanging up on the back of an open door encroaching into the dining area! I honestly dont know why people chose to dine in. Please spend five minutes in the car & head to Framlingham, the food was significantly better & cheaper, even in the middle of the town.
