        Have not heard anything from them since I ordered on 5th May. Money taken from my account the following day. E-mails bounce back, unknown, phone not working! Something very wrong. Can't give them no stars.

        The service Charlotte provides is nothing short of exceptional, and is also incredible good value. Charlotte listened to my long and detailed brief for the full refurbishment of our living room, came up with 4 initial concepts then after my feedback presented the final design via mood boards, CAD drawings, 3D projections - every means of visualisation you could wish for. The whole process took around 10 days. The design is exactly what we had hoped for, and whats more she is also able to order a lot of the items for you with a trade discount. I couldnt recommend The Interior List more highly. Service: Refurbishment

        Oh my goodness!! Where do I begin, only a week in and Charlotte has been extraordinary, I have no words. I really wish I had known of The Interior List before I started my renovation. She has gone above and beyond to help me fix a disappointing service I had purchased. This was so unexpected and she managed to pull it all together from very little information I shared with her like she was in my mind. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Service: Refurbishment
