You can yet again use your outwardly deceptive appearance to rubbish me by trying to assume that this is just a case of sour grapes when the fact of the matter is your business is poorly managed etc,the list is endless,I can continue if you prefer.........?????
You may well tell people go to your website and read CQC reports but why don't you be completely honest to potential clients, the reasons being that issues have been raised probably go along with the issues that follow, maybe on certain occasions you have allowed untrained male staff (who I may add is not an actual employee but is a family friend) attend to elderly female residents, leaving several 18 yr old workers to tend to the elderly, these are classed as young workers with little experiance, but obviously your management team seem to believe that this is ok,maybe you should rethink about who is actually putting these people to work,do you have a certain member of staff who likes the title of manager or supervisor but can't actually do the job itself, from the outside looking in this is how it would appear ,but let's be brutally honest ...... this is exactly how it is.
