Easterlea Rest Home

My statement was not a malicious one but a comment based on fact! You don't really know what goes on in your business as your so called management team (and I use the word management very loosely) who tend to cover things up when things go wrong and blame others. Certain members of your management staff are bullies who give an outward deceptive appearance not only to one another but also to your clients, You can yet again use your outwardly deceptive appearance to rubbish me by trying to assume that this is just a case of sour grapes when the fact of the matter is your business is poorly managed etc,the list is endless,I can continue if you prefer.........????? You may well tell people go to your website and read CQC reports but why don't you be completely honest to potential clients,the reasons being that issues have been raised probably go along with the issues that follow, maybe on certain occasions you have allowed untrained male staff (who I may add is not an actual employee but is a family friend) attend to elderly female residents, leaving several 18 yr old workers to tend to the elderly,these are classed as young workers with little experiance,but obviously your management team seem to believe that this is ok,maybe you should rethink about who is actually putting these people to work,do you have a certain member of staff who likes the title of manager or supervisor but can't actually do the job itself,from the outside looking in this is how it would appear ,but let's be brutally honest ...... this is exactly how it is.

Thank you to Carol, Lorraine and ALL of the staff at this lovely care home! They have been caring,empathetic and patient in helping me with Mums needs. I would highly recommend Easterlea and if it were possible Id give them 10* Thank you all so much

A wonderful Rest home, caring staff, pleasant rooms, excellent food & altogether a 5 * Rest Home, cant speak more highly of the way they cared for my elderly aunt. Thank you so much.

All the staff seem very nice and helpful. The home is clean and appears to be well run.
