        Ashley of Hardhats gave fantastic advise and support when dealing with IR35 issues that my business needed to professionally resolve with sub contractors. The final contracts issued were underwritten by a major insurance company to cover risks. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may need similar assistance in understanding the legal minefield that is IR35.

        HardHats solved the problem of providing a contract for services and insurance should HMRC deem our relationships with our sub-contractors to be as de-facto employees. Dan and Ash were helpful, friendly and able to answer the questions we had about our existing contract before we signed up. If you have any concerns about whether HMRC may deem your sub-contractor relationship as a de-facto employee one, get in touch with them
