Food was very good. But ordered early, couple mins before they opened in the hope I would be the first order, told would be 25mins collection so turned up at the allotted time and still had to wait a good 25 mins longer. Someone came in, ordered (30mins after mine at this point) and received their order well before me. That doesn't seem right. Perhaps because only 2 of them in a tiny kitchen... Maybe they need more staff if it's that busy?

The staff were friendly and the food seemed ok at the time. I had a pizza and unfortunately my body rejected it and brought it all back overnight. I'd been out walking and hadn't eaten for 7-8 hours prior so I know it was the pizza and as I'm on the mountains today in Snowdonia I really didn't need the disrupted night and to go out with no energy in me today. My stomach takes almost anything thrown at it, this is very rare so one of the ingredients must have been very off to cause this result I'm sorry to say.

Worst customer service from any takeaway Ive ever had . The 1 star if for the food otherwise it would have been zero as yes food is good but ruined by the number of issues weve had . No apology ever . Worst for been late even if you pre order hours ahead online If you order by phone to collect they dont start cooking till you get there even if they say 30 mins . Items missing from orders and all you get is Ill get the driver to bring you it but by then your food is cold . . Last night no chapatis . I phoned and was told Ill get driver to bring them. 15 mins later my hubby called back .no apology again just youve got your curry whats the problem. Unbelievable. Once waited for an order which was a hour late . Once the driver arrived after been 20 mins late with the wrong order only for us to have to wait another 40 mins . They never apologise. Not even a sorry. Ive given this place too many chances but no more . Ordering a takeaway is supposed to reduce stress of cooking but its more stressful wondering how late its going to be and whats going to be missing . Im not only one who thinks this . Other people I know have experienced same issues . Its a shame as food is good . But not worth the stress or the lack of customer service .

Food was very good.
