    Dan has helped me with my weight loss journey for 3 months now an is a great help Ive lost 13lb I lose weight really slow but couldnt of done it with our dans help I hope to lose a lot more with my journey with Dan an hes so easy to get along with to an helps me keep motivated I defo recommend Dan to help people thst struggle with their weight thanks Dan for everything ur a star

    I started training with Dan around 2 months back and within that time span I have already lost 4 kgs of body weight and a few inches of my waist. Dan makes sure that you remain consistent with your workouts and diet by tailoring it to your individual needs and sets achievable goals. One of my biggest constraint was having enough time to do workouts after work on weekdays and he actually tailored the program in a way which ensured that I was persistent and didn't go off track. My energy levels have also increased along with my overall fitness.

    After years of failed attempts at losing weight and keeping it off, I decided to sign up with a nutritionist. The first one I chose was a disaster so I was a bit sceptical when I first found Dan. After the first convo with him though I knew it would be a good fit and its been more than amazing. The 3 months I worked with him he helped build up my confidence at the gym and helped ease my fears of eating. Increasing my calorie intake while dropping the pounds and gaining muscle. I had to take some time off and during hes still been supportive and checking in with me till Ive been able to sign back up again. Cant wait to get started again. Highly recommend Dans fitness coaching. Im so much happier and healthier and looking forward to working with Dan to finally reach my goals.
