        Load of scammers. I was charged 708 for a supposedly full service. Wheel bearing New front offside gator Wheel alignment Flush and fill brake fluid Mot Filled all levels. A month or so after I drove to Nottingham and oil light flashes because it was empty. The gator hasn't been changed, in fact it's shot, leaking all down my wheel. Service lights been flashing for about 6months. This work was carried out last March and its going to cost me a bomb to get fixed properly. Not happy

        I was basically cheated. Calliper painting was my original request and I got a call saying the cars break pad is worn out and is not safe to drive and needs immediate changing. Guess what, it wasnt worn out and neither they changed it. Today I did the general service at JLR and they said the supposedly new break pads are 50% worn which proves that it was all a lie and my money was stolen. I am going to file a formal complaint. No matter makes the mistake within their roof, the customer should not be made a victim. I was asked to drive a car that wasnt breaking properly and I had to spend money outside to fix it. It was all a scam and if you have more money to give away choose this place. Service: Brake service & repair
