The Dog and Comb

Karen did a brilliant job of grooming our 7 month old jackapoo puppy Daisy, she put her and us at ease and made the whole experience stress free for us all, and she really knows her stuff, we will be back there without a dought next time.

Would not recommend at all, cut my dogs leg that I then had to take to the vet to get stitches then she refused to pay the bill, had to take to the insurance this was a very stressful situation not only for me but my 14 old yorkie.. She had to be put under anesthetic.

I was very unhappy with the way that my dogs were groomed. It is not possible for one person to wash dry and groom 2 bichons in 2 1/2hrs! When i collected my dogs i noticed that the cut was uneven on one dog. The groomer very quickly went over it but it was still uneven when i got home. If your dog needs a wash and dry then great but something as proffesional as a Bichon Frise cut i would look else where!
