        Initial experience was "Unfortunately we do not offer chargeable repairs on Dremels out of warranty. Sorry we are unable to assist you further". When it was pointed out that item was only a year old, things changed. Think they should have asked the question first rather than their initial negative response. Service thereafter was excellent. Was expecting a repair after a year of use, but delighted to have item fully replaced. Sadly, due to initial response, only 4*.
