I joined my 1st JwFitness bootcamp 3 weeks ago and I am amazed by the results so far. I'm only half way into the bootcamp and I've already dropped 8lbs and feel tons better both phsically and mentally. The bootcamps are challenging but are great fun. There's a good mix of ages and we are being pushed to perform our best, encouraging each other along the way. The support JwFitness gives is fantastic, he's always friendly and quick at coming back with answers, his knowledge of fitness and nutrition is fantastic. Following his advice I've made simple changes to my diet and have so much more energy. I'm so impressed I've already signed up for my 2nd bootcamp and can't wait to see the results.

I started with JW Fitness attending the Bootcamp sessions in Skelmanthorpe approx. 8 weeks ago. I was a little concerned initially as I hadnt trained for some time and need to address my growing waist line! I have found the classes very enjoyable. The group are welcoming and Jarrod will always offer alternatives to suit your level of personal fitness. I have subsequently gone on to have PT sessions with Jarrod. He pushes you hard but always listens to how you are feeling and adjusts the routine to keep you active but healthy. I have in the last two weeks joined the Boxercise sessions which I have also found fun. Reading this you may think Im some kind of fitness freak but I am not. I have a long way to go to reach my goals. these are just the first steps to achieving an active, healthy lifestyle which will see my fitness level improve. Call Jarrod. Learn first-hand about the various programme options available, there will be one for you. Take that first step to making the changes you want to see in your overall health, fitness and wellbeing.
