        Ive had the pleasure of dealing with the Denby Dale and Penistone offices as I sold my house through Butchers Residential. Through the process they were proactive, polite and took a genuine interest in my circumstances. Always available when I needed to make contact. Now one year later they have contacted me regarding some Christmas post with a personal letter at my old address - and how they were going to hold it for me. I believe this is more than just great customer service. Thank you so much!

        The agency doesnt answer the phones. Calling all morning with no response. They seem to answer emails more promptly.
