My Daughter and I had a Sound Healing session. What a fabulous relaxing experience this was, given that neither of us were quite sure what to expect! We found Amanda knowledgeable and informative. Looking forward to trying the variety of other therapies and classes. Highly recommended..

After a tough half term of primary school teaching, the sound healing session with Pura Vida was the perfect tonic. I found it deeply soothing and grounding; a wonderful, uplifting, meditative experience. It left me feeling spiritually lighter and physically more vigorous. I'd highly recommend it!

I had an Indian head massage as I get a lot of pain across my upper back, shoulders and neck. The massage was very thorough and firm which really relaxed my muscles and soothed them. The head and face part of the massage so beautifully relaxing.

I have had sessions with Amanda for yoga, reiki, sound healing and group sessions. I highly recommend Amanda for all these things. It has always been an enjoyable and uplifting experience and my chronic painful condition bothers me less and I feel better equipped to cope with it. Group events are a particular highlight especially in the beautiful setting of her practice. She subtly and cleverly introduces transformative ways of being without judgement and always leaves me feeling great. Thank you Amanda. You are brilliant!

I was experiencing some quite severe back pain due to physical work with my job so I thought I would try a massage at Pura Vida holistic therapies. You will not be disappointed,Amanda has done an amazing job on my back,Her deep tissue massage is the best Ive had,my pain has gone away after only a few sessions,she has also blended some aromatherapy oils for my aches and pains. Thank you so much. I will continue to use Amanda for any back massages I require.100% recommend!
