Linda is the most warm and welcoming lady, my cat Oli stayed with her the first week in April for 6 nights, every day I received lovely videos and photos of Oli. Oli was treated like Linda's own cat and I had peace of mind knowing Oli was perfectly looked after. Thankyou for taking such great care of her.

Oh goodness would recommend this place for your cat to stay. Our 2 cats loved it. The owner treats the animals like her own and sent us videos and photos while we were on holiday. Music room was very comfortable and tactile for cats

What a find Linda is. She took on my famously naughty cat with open arms and somehow managed to make him adore her in two weeks! I had regular updates, he was treated like a spoilt little prince (healthy snacks, attention and even movie nights) and there is literally nobody else Id rather have him stay with. The premises are luxurious, spotlessly clean, heated and the service is second to none. Thank you so much for the love and care you showed Jack and well see you next time!

Our little boy Murphy has just got home from his stay with Linda, and Im pretty sure he is already wanting to go back! As a massive worrier about leaving pets behind, this is absolutely the best experience you could ever want for your loved one and for yourself whilst your away!!! With regular updates and pictures of how happy Murph was, I cant thank Linda enough for the care she gives the cats she looks after. He will definitely be back, and I definitely recommended to anyone looking for 5 star care for your cat. Thank you Linda, Murphy is counting down the days til he is back

Linda looked after my 3 house cats when I went into hospital for hip surgery. I was so incredibly lucky to get a late cancellation and then a little extension on their stay ! I got daily updates with videos and photos which put my mind completely at rest that they were getting the same 5 star service theyre used to at home. They absolutely loved their stay, totally spoilt rotten for 12 days. I would thoroughly recommend Durham Cat Hotel and will definitely use Linda again because I have total trust in the care and service she provides. Thank you for looking after my babies so well x
