Bank Holiday Monday so busy busy. Table was ready for us on arrival. The quality of the service was top notch. We had 3 servers, all friendly, helpful, smiley and efficient. We all enjoyed our food, in fact my meal was really restaurant quality -perfectly cooked cod. The menu was interesting and catered for all our tastes. Well done team. We had a lovely lunch and really enjoyed spending some quality time together.

Booked a table over the phone with a nice young man on Thursday for today Monday 1st May for 3pm. Upon arriving at the crossroads by the Abbey arms, the road to the fishpool was closed. Followed the diversion sign & ended up a fairway from the restaurant which made us 10-15 mins late. Phoned up to explain we would be late due to the road closure. Was told when my call was answered that we didn't have a booking & that our table would probably have been given away. Absolutely furious as we had driven half an hr to get there. So despite being bank holiday..which is why we booked a table, we found another place to eat thankfully. Extremely disappointed to be treated like this & will not return again.

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and the prices are very competitive. The kids Garlic bread is way too good for them!! Yummy. Parking: Easy, plentiful and right outside the restaurant.

The food was AMAZING!!! The interior is wonderful!!! Thanks a lot to the staff for such a perfect time!!! Kid-friendliness: They have a big garden for kids to have fun and explore a nature!
