Lovely staff. Sam was our instructor person who told us all the rules and showed us how to do everything. She was good at answering our questions and took away our nerves. The price was good as we thought we would fly through and feel like it was not worth the time but we spent 3 hours on the treetop challenge and all had an absolute blast. You feel safe as you do see the staff occasionally resetting the ropes and stuff and you get a emergency whistle. You also get to see people on the ground. My friend was convinced to do the big Tarzan swing as she had gained a floor friend with a dog. She wasnt willing to do it before so they gave her the final motovational push she needed and now she is really proud of herself. Also we saw horses. Was swell.

Fantastic trails, we have a 5-year-old little girl who has disabilities and is in a wheelchair. The walks were nearly all accessible to her. Amazing disabled toilet facilities, staff in the information centre and cafe extremely helpful. The room was very warm and clean we only know of 2 other places that provided these kinds of facilities. Come on, everyone be a little more pro active and provide proper facilities for people with disabilities. Big hats off to Delamere. THANK YOU
