Treated myself to the rider assessment and treatment package and would recommend. While my pony is off work, I want my riding to be taken apart and put back together properly... Rocky the mechanical horse is perfect for this! Reanne was very welcoming and I was instantly at ease; I also appreciated how Reanne takes your own build and frame into account during the session, helping you to work with your body to ride harmoniously, and using some really useful analogies to put things into practise! The massage was super relaxing and relieved a lot of tension. My position on Rocky was also improved after massage. Facilities are lovely and comfortable, with the treatment area warm and tranquil. I will definitely be returning!

Reanne has magic hands, all my tension related pain disappears after one of her massages. She has also opened my eyes to a better more balanced riding position after some biomechanical coaching on Rocky the racewood horse simulator. 100% recommend.

My experience at Symbiosis Rehabilitation was a very good one. I was greeted by Reanne who assessed my condition. We discussed the possibility of a trapped nerve in my shoulder. She then proceeded with the treatment which was a very relaxing and therapeutic massage which eased the pressure in both my neck and shoulder. The whole experience was excellent and Reanne made me feel relaxed from the start. Excellent treatment and I would highly recommend.
