Had our boiler serviced 6 weeks ago as a periodic check. Since then we have had a considerable amount of soot building up on the external vents and making quite a mess. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls to Steve Goodman, he will not respond, so have given up. Unprofessional and a time waste of time engineer. Don't use.
