I've absolutely no hesitation in recommending Tom. In a word, he's brilliant! We recently had a huge problem with our boiler/central heating system with three different heating engineers saying that the boiler continuously losing pressure was due to a leak in the central heating system whilst a specialist leak detection company failed to detect any leak and concluded that the boiler heat exchanger was the source of the problem. I found TDS Heating on the internet and asked Tom if he could help. Despite there being no obvious sign of a problem with any of the radiators/visible pipe work, Tom's persistence and ability to 'think outside the box' finally identified the leak and, with the repairs completed, it's great to have our central heating and hot water back to normal. I firmly believe that without Tom's help and support we'd still be clutching at straws wondering what to do next. He undoubtedly 'ticked all the boxes' for us: he responded quickly to our problem, was absolutely thorough in his work and delivered a first class service.
