This was the absolute best experience we had with a car dealer ever! Cant recommend them enough. Mike is what a true professional should be, and an amazing person too. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations. During the entire process we felt like we were doing business with a friend and not with someone we just met. Just bought a Ford Galaxy from Mike at The Automotive Approach. Great pictures on Auto Trader and honest communication from Mike made the long trip worth while. On arrival the car was better than expected with a good test drive provided. The car had works completed prior to the sale which I imagine many dealers wouldn't have bothered with! I don't usually write reviews however great service deserves recognition. Thanks again!

We bought two cars, Mike was very helpful and honest, we were both impressed with how well the vehicles had been maintained and the fact Mike kept saying can contact him if there are any problems was very reassuring. I would definitely recommend them.
