Barchester - Braeburn Lodge Care Home

I attended the fireworks display at braeburn lodge, it was an amazing evening the staff were all really friendly and helpful and you could tell they really went out of their way to make it a special evening for the residents.

As an Ambulance driver we visit quite a lot of carehomes visiting braeburn lodge today we found it to be very friendly. welcoming our patient back home, we was met by a member of staff that was very helpfull then the helpfull staff to get our patient into her bed we gave a handover & told we could get a hot drink downstairs if we wanted which we accepted there is patient centered care at this home & would recommend to other users. keep up the good work

My nan has stayed here and I have visited the home many times all staff really care for the residents and go above and beyond to make all residents and relatives feel comfortable and at ease in the home
