Been having problems with uv which failed bought replacement unit which blew couple of bulbs spoke to water gardening direct and they were amazing Sent my unit back for testing found to be ok and James pointed all the potential things that could be causing my problems and what to check Ordered some parts from them and they were delivered next day . These will be my go to place as you can tell they have great knowledge of products and dont just fob you off with anything also have time to explain things to you. I am in the process of undertaking a deep clean of my Koi Pond, Today while testing my Oase PondVac I found the inlet and outlet Pipes had perished. Needing this item to extract that last of the water from the bottom of my 3000 gallon pond I needed to find some replacement parts quickly. Did a quick search on Google for a company not too far away and contact Water Gardening Direct Limited. The Person who answered the phone was very easy too talk too, informative and extremely professional. I was told they had the items in stock and so the order was placed for next day delivery. Having put the phone down, my brain kicked in and I called back and said, Can I collect This was not an issue and so an hour later, I was standing in their showroom and had the items collected.
