Really great job, they gave me a price better than all other loft companies I contacted and did a great job. Work was done quickly and efficiently and it was finished on time too. The workers were very friendly and always up for telling us what they were working on and how it was going, most days they worked extra time to get desired sections finished. Overall I am happy with my new loft conversion, and I couldn't reccomend anyone better.

Watch out for these guys, they've damaged property of people whilst carrying out work. Also leak water into bedrooms poor workmanship. Real cowboys! STEER CLEAR!!!

We haven't had much building work done in the past, frightened off by extended deadlines and unreliable builder stories. When we decided to have a loft conversion, it seemed a specialist was required because of the complexities of re-engineering the trusses. We selected Morspace because of their experience, but were nervous because of the lack of reviews. Prices were competitive so we took the plunge and decided to have 2 bedrooms added. They were able to start in a reasonable timescale, and so the job began. They minimised disruption to us, doing most work from access outside via scaffolding. My worries were set aside, as they turned up every day. The guys were very professional and friendly and happy to explain what was going on. Above all the work was completed more or less on time, and to a high standard, and to budget. We are difficult people to please, but Morspace have been a pleasure to work with, and we are very happy with their service and the finished product. A special thank you to Connor who always took time to explain things and left our house secure each day, and to Darran who did a lovely job of replacing our doors. But the whole team do a great job and treat you with repect. Recommended
