        First time PC builder. Safe to say I was over ambitious and was well out my comfort zone. Contacted Shaun who was very quick to reply and offer his help and support. Asked him if he could basically finish building my pc and with no hesitation he said yes. Super super friendly and professional, kept me updated all through the process with pictures and simplified descriptions of what he was doing so I could understand him. Overall, Im extremely happy with the build and even more grateful for his help. 100% top guy and cannot fault his service. Would thoroughly recommend. Without a doubt would ask for his help again in a heartbeat

He went through each step and explained things clearly and in a way that you feel confident that you can do the task in hand. Shaun is reliable, and very conscientious in his work. He is up to date on the latest products and he knows what works for us and what does not. I can not recommend him enough.
