Claire is wonderful - her warmth, knowledge and enjoyment of using her skills to help others really shines through. My treatments have been so helpful - Claire takes real care in looking after me and really listening to what I need. Highly recommended. The balms are great too!

Second reflexology session with Claire and she just makes me relax for an hour like nobody else can. Would recommend to anyone and cant wait for my next treatment

Claire is the most amazing reflexology practitioner. She gives a thorough consultation prior to treatment, in order to glean an understanding of which reflexology points she may need to focus on. The treatment is then provided in the most relaxing and calming atmosphere and allows me to relax deeply. After treatment she gives a debrief and a run down of anything she has found, during treatment. My migraines definitely improve when I am having reflexology and the bonus is, is that it is a wonderful way to spend an hour of my day. Thank you, Claire.
