I was beginning to put up with my neck pain due to the nature of my job, but after seeing Luke I started to notice a dramatic difference. Luke gave me several excellent exercises to perform between sessions and explained things very clearly. He is professional, honest and incredibly knowledgable in his field. I was recommended to go and see Luke by a family member, as I had been suffering lower back pain for a while. On my first session with Luke, he was extremely thorough with lots of questions regarding my pain. I had a total of four sessions, which included exercises to do at home. I had a fifth session booked, but thankfully I didnt need this, as all the sessions and exercises had improved my back pain. I am extremely grateful to Luke and would highly recommend him.

After suffering with neck tension and headaches for some years, I visited Luke in the hope of getting to the bottom of it once and for all. Luke identified the problem quickly and after just 3 visits and some targeted exercises (which I did religiously) the problem is almost completely gone! Luke really put me at ease and explained things well. Very happy with the results.
