        A friend who had just sold her house recommended Parker and Black as they had achieved asking price really quickly. They are a relatively new agent so it was a bit of a risk especially as I wanted to sell our house and my Mum also wanted to sell. I am now glad that we took a chance as we achieved close to asking price within a few days and my Mum achieved significantly more. Seb is very personable and takes the time to establish what you need and is always happy to walk you through each stage of the process. Not at all like an Estate Agent. A pleasure to deal with at a reasonable rate.
