        Absolutely disgusting service - wouldnt recommend to anyone every - woman at reception said shed been there 5 years - needs another 5 years training in manners, respect & customer service

        Took two weeks to collect my car, made no attempt to communicate with me at all. Listed the car for auction with all of my items still in the car. Called up and got them to send back my items, they only sent over half of what was in the car, and sent it in a plastic bag so some items were broken.
