Looking for a company that is affordable, professional, whilst maintaining high levels of quality - Simply Folders are it! Having recently set up my own recruitment agency, I was looking for a company to provide folders as part of my stationary; Simply Folders have been amazing, the quality is great and the turn around - 3 to 4 days which is exceptional. With great customer service I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We ordered A5 custom folders back in April with Simply Folders and spent over 800 with them. When the folders arrived, they had missed the text off one page, which we then saw was in the flap and looked horrendous. We had also asked for matt lamination, which they only did on one side, after sending misleading samples so the folder quality felt very poor. When contacting Stuart about this, he simply offered us 100 off the folders or a reprint, and when we asked for a refund as we weren't satisfied with the quality we got for the price, he refused. We then asked for a slight change to be made in goodwill and he also refused and tried charging us an extra 130. We then checked the website and saw that the online cost calculator compared to the invoice they had sent was quite different and they had overcharged us. We finally got our reprint yesterday, as they were being so stubborn and difficult to work with and they are a different shade of blue!
