        Room 5* , as very clean, well decorated. but door very heavy and difficult to open. And this was a disabled room ! Apart from that, we had a very pleasant stay. . Lovely staff, and plenty so no waits etc. Food in cafe was limited but fine, hot and tasty. Lovely breakfast and 24 hour free fresh coffee available. Hotel fairly easy to find and away from main part of city , so no traffic around. Plenty of parking so worth fee. So hotel ideal as we needed to be near Papworth hospital for an early morning appointment.

        Absolutely disgusting. Booked this hotel for 4 adults and 1 infant back in November 2022, for an overnight stay end of April 2023, just got an email off Holiday Inn to say they have cancelled the booking reason being they have decided to book the whole place out to a company on our chosen date. What a Dreadful attitude
