This was a 2-battery (plus inverter and ancilliary equipment and cabling) strip-out and re-instal undertaking, on a previously botched job by another company. The work was done on time, in one day and to a high and fully professional and certificated standard. On completion it was followed by on-site customer 'instructions for use' and then follow-up telephone advice and confirmation regarding 48 hours of performance, leaving us with a fully operational battery back-up system and those (rare but essential) reliable contact details for future maintenance or any queries. For all matters PV, battery backup and suchlike, in our experience, and in the experience of other family members who have had similar work done by this company, this well-established firm can be used with full confidence. Highly recommend.

Having had a complete air source heating system installed by Eco East Anglia which I am delighted with, Eco East Anglia were the obvious choice to install solar panels. The approach and ethos the company have is outstanding, this is evident from email communication, the engineers who worked in my home, quality of work, all the way through to the completion of the installation and follow up communication. Had solar panels fitted. Everyone was professional and efficient from start to finish. From my initial request for a quote, through to the installation of the panels and finally Alex fitting the battery. Price I thought was very competitive. Alex explained how to understand the app when everything was up and running and Im confident will be available if there are any future queries or issues. I would def recommend this company.
