Deddington Health Centre

It was alright when we first started to go there back in 2019 but now it is impossible to get appointments. My family will move to a different GP as a result of it to get some sort of a service.

Terrible surgery they can never see you even when you have a poorly child. I called 111 to see if they could help and they advised my child should be seen in two hours but as the surgery was still open if I tell them 111 has assessed me then they should see me. I then call back and again and told no by a very sarcastic rude receptionist. I honestly feel like I do not have a doctors anymore some one could be dying and they would turn them away. This was a great surgery before covid but its honestly the worst now .. the staff really could not care less about their patients.

Absolutely useless no help what so ever needed steroids for severe asthma 2 days running no gp call backs
