        After 19 weeks of emotional turmoil with my UK passport application, I eventually decided to approach Victoria for some guidance/assistance as I was getting nowhere with the Passport Office advice line, online advisor, Expedited Team and Complaints Team. Victoria and her team replied my email within the same day and the following day my passport application was finally approved! I cannot thank her enough for her time and prompt response and I am deeply indebted to her for her help.
