Will never recommend this company. Full of promises and excuses. Payment to be paid before the order and the promised of delivery within 8-9 weeks is not happening. Several emails and phone calls, but cannot confirm the delivery date.Until now we are still waiting for the deliver which the order was taken place and paid in February 2022. This has been finally delivered after 11 weeks after several phone calls. It was much appreciated one of the managers called to guarantee that this will be delivered before 16th May 2022 which I can give only give the 3 star rating.

Spoke to John Mason at Seers and he could not have been more helpful or professional in trying to find a solution to a somewhat complicated problem. Definitely recommend.

Prices from 2022 for servicing has increased by 95 per couch!! Will not be using or recommending Seers again as these increases are just not sustainable or a reflection of the service provided!

Extremely helpful and polite service. Seers helped me finding the right parts for my table, and I have now recieved the items and they fit my chair just perfect. They shipped to Denmark. Strongly recommended.

In 2019, the first problems appeared, first contact faults on the electrical frame, then problems with the control unit. The up command worked, but not the down command. The problem was intermittent. After several contacts, impossible to have an after-sales service. I am offered to buy the control box, an electric box and a foot control, without guarantee that it will work (since no technician can intervene from England or Switzerland and there is no technician in France). For 2 years, and a Covid crisis impacting my daily use of the table...this type of problem has occurred a few times, but the table has always come back to life. In 2021, the problem became more and more recurrent and ended up permanently blocking the descent control. The contact with Seers did not go very well...the initial adviser was on vacation, so a second took over. 5 days after reporting the problem, requesting an express order with reference from the command center, validating my billing and shipping address, there is radio silence. I report for the umpteenth time that there is an emergency on my side....and I learn that the second advisor has gone on vacation without sending the control box. SCANDALOUS!! For my part, I knew an electronics engineer. So I went to try to have my electronic circuit repaired. The diagnosis is clear: the relays are malfunctioning! and here is why: the relays can accept 24 V... whereas their circuit provides 41 V!! All parts have been screened. The electronic equipment is of low quality. If you have to buy a table, move on. Such an investment for 7 years of tranquility is not qualitative... On me propose de racheter la boite de commande, un cadre lectrique et une commande au pied, sans garantie que cela fonctionne (puisqu'aucun technicien ne peut intervenir d'Angleterre ou de Suisse et qu'il n'y a pas de technicien en France). Pendant 2 ans, et une crise Covid impactant mon utilisation quotidienne de table...ce type de problme est survenu quelques fois, mais la table a toujours ressuscit. En 2021, le problme est devenu de plus en plus rcurrent et a fini par bloquer dfinitivement la commande de descente. Le contact avec Seers ne s'est pas trs bien pass...la conseillre initiale tait en vacances, une seconde a donc pris le relais. 5 jours aprs avoir signal le problme, avoir demand une commande express avec rfrence de la centrale de commande, valid mon adresse de facturation et d'expdition, c'est le silence radio. Je signale pour la nime fois qu'il y a urgence de mon cot....et j'apprends que la seconde conseillre est partie en vacances sans expdier le boitier de commande. SCANDALEUX !! De mon cot, je connaissais un lectronicien. Je suis donc alle tenter de faire rparer mon circuit lectronique. Le diagnostic est sans appel : les relais dysfonctionnent ! et voici pourquoi : les relais peuvent accepter 24 V...alors que le circuit leurs en apporte 41 V !! Toutes les pices ont t passe au crible. Le matriel lectronique est de faible qualit. Si vous devez acheter une table, passez votre route. Un tel investissement pour 7 ans de tranquilit, ce n'est pas qualitatif...
