Gleeson have dealt with minor problems promptly, but have been difficult to get hold of when Ive had further questions. My only Big criticism would be that the estate only has one point of entry; all the houses on that road have just 1 driveway space, but most households have 2 cars. If theyd planned to grow the estate this much, then they should have built a wider road and double driveways. The property itself is very nice, makes good use of space, and has none of the new build hell Ive seen people complain about with various other builders.
