My wife was delivering takeaway leaflets in Dearham today (Wednesday 15th February). As you rightly said, she posted one in your side door not knowing it was connected with your takeaway business. Obviously this annoyed you, so you took it upon yourself to walk across the street in a menacing manner and snatch a leaflet out of her hand. You didnt say a word to her, no please or thank you! This was to intimidate my wife that is for certain. When I called to your shop to express my feelings, you lied to me. You said you asked my wife for a leaflet; if so, why did you need another one if one had already been posted through your letter box? In fact, you showed me both leaflets in your shop. Approaching a woman who is on her own in the street, in that way is intimidation, and a sign of weakness and desperation on your part. By the way, we support other businesses and dont act in this way. Politeness and friendliness is good for business after all, so maybe you could reflect on that!

Only ordered from here twice, I always pre-order for a specific time. The first time I pre-ordered for myself and 3 other guests who were coming round for 7pm so ordered for 7:30 the food arrived at 5pm and was stone cold. The second time I pre-ordered for 8pm as I wasn't due home from work until 7pm and as I got to my front door at 7 my delivery arrived, again stone cold. Phoned and complained on both occasions but the owner/manager is the most rude obnoxious human being. Won't be ordering again.
