I literally cannot fault Adam and how brilliant he is at making a match with candidate to client. He listened to me (a lot) made sure that his client knew my salary expectations and my experience. Hed call it luck (Id say judgement) that he got it bang on first time and I start a role soon with an amazing company for which I am eternally grateful for. Ive experienced Rec2Rec businesses over the years and experienced folks try to square peg round hole a situation but not Adam. I honestly felt like I was in good hands and trusted him from day 1. He was back to me when he said he would, followed up and followed up again which is a basic thats overlooked a lot. Hes very real, spent a great deal of time just chatting about normal stuff a lot of the time, sharing experiences and giving me advice too which Im fact was way more than he had to do. You just know when someone genuinely enjoys what they do and thats what I got from Adam. I know exactly where to go when I need talent moving forward.
