Absolutely denied having our parcel even though we had a card through the door. Insisted it was at Kiln Farm (which it then wasn't). Went into PO again and insisted that they checked again for package and low and behold it had been there the whole time!! 2 other customers in the shop at the same time commented that they also had the same problem with this PO.
