One of the best companies I have dealt with. We had a berg trampoline last year (2022), fast delivery and great customer services. We paid to have the trampoline erected which was a great decision. Ive never seen a trampoline put together so well. Since having the trampoline, we had a disaster with the wind which caused some damage. We ordered replacement parts for the berg trampoline through wicken toys and again, right up until they were delivered, fantastic customer service.
