        Absolutely amazing day here - so impressed that we bought a membership. Great value for money - too much to do in one day so you need to plan on going back!

        Fun filled family day out for children and families of all ages. The staff are very friendly and children oriented making them feel comfortable around the animals. The areas and activities are well signposted around the grounds too with toilet and eating facilities in place. Its disabled friendly, with parking bays outside for disabled visitors, and concessions are available for NHS Staff, Carers and older guests. I was definitely impressed, and will be visiting again soon.

        We just loved our day at Pennywell. From the friendly chap welcoming us before entry, to the smiling faces of the young lads in the petting room (especially Jake, so friendly). Everything was clean, tidy and things constantly happening, it was so easy to pass 7.5 hours! Well be back.
