        We were a little wary at first as the price quoted by The Firebox was considerably lower than elsewhere. However they have done a first class job and the stove is now a central and attractive feature. When the test firing took place the stove heated up rapidly with just a few pieces of kindling, so we are looking forward to keeping toasty warm this winter. Another feature of The Firebox is that they can offer an annual service and chimney sweep. All told a really good service. Attached are the before and after photos showing what an excellent service we received.

        Superb service from the team. Helpful during purchase, exceptionally clean and tidy on fitting and friendly and courteous throughout. Cannot be faulted. Capital Fires for the DL700 helpful and quick to assist on an enquiry. 1 year part and labour warranty 3 year parts warranty. Subject to conditions. Thank you guys.
