After struggling with broken sleep, I contacted Sue and after my first appointment with her I felt calmer and didnt have the anxiety of what to do, if I woke up. By the 3rd appointment I slept more soundly. I now use her ,'colour technique ,' when ever I have a difficult night and sleep soundly afterwards. A real find is Sue............

I saw Sue Grey recently as i was feeling very sad and upset over the loss of my dad, this was effecting my sleep and I was having difficulty lifting my self out of some aspects of my loss, I had a couple of sessions with sue and feel so much more in control of my feelings and actually feel lighter and have slept much better since, going to sleep straight away. can't thank her enough.

I have had a couple of fantastic sessions with Sue during lockdown where she has helped me so much. I love how she makes you feel very at ease and works through things in a way that I felt like new person afterwards, and like a weight had been lifted. I also have been sleeping well and for much longer than I have done in ages! Thank you Sue....
