had a rare meal out, very dissapointed to be served with an undercooked burger, still pink in the middle, restuarant was quiet so no excuse, a replacament was offered, saldy lost my apppetite at that point, offered a 20% discount only on that meal which is a pretty poor offering as a 1/3 of the meal was inedible

Me and my family are on holiday in England and were staying in deal. Today was our last day here, so we wanted to end our holiday by having some nice breakfast. We found The Lane and decided on going here, and it was a great choice! The food and drinks were amazing (I recommend the chai latte and the french toast!). I really wanted to try the sticky toffee pudding Id seen all over Kent. They had it on their menu, but unfortunately I wasnt able to order it until later today. After mentioning it was our last day here, they went out of their way to make it for me anyways. Such a lovely surprise and it was delicious!! Thank you so much for the lovely food and service :)
