        From the first phone call to the collection of the precision engineered and manufactured item (an aluminium cylindrical brushless motor mount for a radio controlled model glider) Mike was extremely helpful and spent time carefully explaining what they could do. I immediately found I was dealing with a knowledgeable and experienced company who clearly put the customer first. The item was magnificent and it's a shame most will be hidden inside the fuselage where it will do a brilliant job. Many thanks Mike and your staff. Ian Nicholls
