Visited here a little while back, the lady who was working was really friendly. Products were priced well and there was a huge range of things for different animals.

We love this place. We will literally not buy pet items when we are elsewhere, and wait till we are back in Walmer to visit the pet shop instead. The customer service is second to none. When you walk in someone is there to chat, help and advise. They are so friendly and will take the time to help you. We recently went in for a first harness and the member of staff sat on the floor with me trying the harness on and adjusting it and making sure it fit well. We absolutely love coming here and will recommend to anyone. As a side, for anyone with accessibility aids, the shop is very full of lots of wonderful goodies, it's not entirely accessible for anyone in a wheelchair however, the staff are so helpful they'll assist you with anything you need even if you can't manage to go in. If you're in Deal/Walmer, give this business your time and money. You won't regret it.
