Back of the library, easy access into the high street by foot. However this carpark isn't very big big, and it isn't unusual to find yourself going round looking for a space to park and finding it full. It is a pay and display carpark, and you can get your car cleaned there while you shop.

It's a good spot for access to the sea front and Deal High Street. Can be very busy most hours of the day.
